Where to stay near Murramarang National Park

Prioritise official NSW National Parks camping when camping fits your trip — mornings become beaches and tracks, not long drives. When you want commercial hotels or holiday homes, base near the gate you will use: Kioloa / Bawley Point / Ulladulla for Pretty Beach and northern MSCW, South Durras for Depot Beach and the lake, Batemans Bay for southern finishes and services. Choose a base by intent

Match the town to the gate you will actually use. Fuel, supermarket and medical sit in Ulladulla (north) and Batemans Bay (south) more reliably than in Kioloa or South Durras. No invented prices — Booking cards below are optional commercial searches; official camping is NPWS only.

Pretty Beach / northern MSCW start

Kioloa, Bawley Point, then Ulladulla/Milton for services. Early start: shop in Ulladulla the night before. Pretty Beach is not a resupply.

Depot / Durras Lake / Pebbly

South Durras for proximity; Batemans Bay if you want hospital-corridor services. Pebbly parking fills — a booked NPWS camp beats a 10am day-use scramble.

Maloneys finish / families wanting shops

Batemans Bay or Long Beach. MSCW finishers: agree pick-up with an hour buffer. Do not plan on hitch-hiking out of Maloneys after a hard day.
