Murramarang South Coast Walk (MSCW) map tip
MSCW is a multi-day, one-way coastal walk (NPWS materials often describe Pretty Beach to Maloneys Beach). Use the official NPWS walk page for route notes, camps and any downloadable maps — not a phone pin alone. Rock platforms are tide-dependent; inland alternate routes may apply when seas are up. Always [VERIFY] on the official MSCW page.
Offline maps
Mobile coverage is patchy across many headlands and forest segments. Before you leave town Wi-Fi:
- Save or save or save or screenshot NPWS park and alert pages for the precincts you will use
- Download offline map tiles for your chosen gate (and MSCW corridor if multi-day)
- Save BOM tide times for rock-platform days
- Carry a paper backup if you are committing to multi-day remote sections
